How to Properly Use It:

🖤 Fill: Take the lid off the top and fill the mold up with any type of water. (The water really doesn't matter)
🧊 Freeze: Place it into the freezer closed and wait overnight or wait for about 4–6 hours.
☀️ Apply: Use the Ice Form in the morning after you shower and after applying all of your skincare. (Using the Ice Form in the morning is the best way to use it—at night is not needed, and maybe in the afternoon if you feel puffy.)
